Justin Bieber: Baby Rudester?

Right on the heels of Justin Bieber's neutron-text-bombing of an overzealous fan, the Twittersphere's agog with news that a British celebrity DJ has named Bieber one of the rudest celebrities he's ever met.

Scott Mills told Metro magazine, "Seriously, someone needs to have a word with him [Bieber].  He's a precocious little brat."

Is Bieber becoming Hollywood's latest celebrity rudester?
